Why are some shows not on catch up?

How do I watch a missed Programme on Sky?

If you select Sky Sports Premier League channel and you’ve missed the beginning of a live match, just press the red button for the Sky Sports app and select Watch from start. You can also use the progress bar to find key moments in the game, allowing you to watch that winning goal again and again.

Can you watch catch up on Sky?

Why can I not watch catch up on DStv?

Catch Up is only available on our PVRs as only these decoders have a hard drive which can store content. On older PVRs, about 20 hours of content is available (and only for our DStv Premium customers). On the DStv Exploras, over 175 hours is available. Why can’t I select which shows get included on Catch Up?

How do I reset DStv catch up?

How to reset your DStv decoder

Press the blue “DStv button” on your remote control.
Then use the right arrow on the remote control to go to “Settings“.
Use the down arrow to go to “System Settings“.
Now use the right arrow to go to the next menu and select “Reset Decoder Settings“

Why can’t I download on Sky catch up?

If you have a working broadband connection and your download is stuck at 1%, try pausing then resuming your download: Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Recordings. Select Manage then Downloading and then select Pause queue. To resume downloading, select Resume queue.

How long does it take for Programmes to go on Sky catch up?

It takes time for broadcasters to make programmes available on demand after they go to air, particularly live broadcasts (like the news for example). For programmes that can be made available for catch up on demand, the ingestion process typically takes 4 hours so you may not see it available on demand straight away.
